Slupsk County (Polish: powiat slupski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Pomeranian Voivodeship, northern Poland, on the Baltic coast. Its seat is the town of Ustka, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The village has a population of 39. Gmina Ustka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Slupsk County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. The gmina covers an area of 218. 1 square kilometres (84. 2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,335. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Ustka, 18 km (11 mi) north of Slupsk, and 111 km (69 mi) west of the regional capital Gdansk. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998.
